Cooking lessons
The
length of the course depends on your stay. There are two lessons a week
for one, two, three, four, or even more weeks. The maximum number of
participants is six. Cooking lessons are held in the late afternoon/evening
and last about three to four hours each.
Lessons
for small groups are held at the school in a contained, well-equipped
kitchen, while courses for larger groups are conducted in a bigger kitchen
located in another building.
Standard
cooking lessons are practical: under Alessio's guidance students cook
and later eat the dishes they have prepared. These include well-known
Italian dishes, as well as traditional Tuscan recipes which not all
tourists have the opportunity to taste.
For individuals
